From start to finish, renting from BeachHaus Rentals was wonderful. Courteous, professional, and prompt communication, no silly or frivolous rules and regulations except the normal quiet hours you would expect when renting, and the house was spectacular-clean and extremely well maintained and cared for. Brenda's townhouse in Solana Beach is heaven--the proximity to the view and sound of the waves is hard to beat. Strolling on the beach or into town is so easy too. For those who enjoy to cook, the kitchen may the best outfitted of all my AirbNb experiences yet.

Great house! Perfect for our family of five. Pool is just steps away. Very close to Del Mar Racetrack and the beach. Great TVs with plenty of streaming apps that are easy to use. Lots of beach stuff in the garage - toys, chairs, boogie boards. All in all, a great place to stay!

Amazing property! Check in went so smoothly and was so easy. The unit was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. A kitchen fully stocked, towels in all three bathrooms, board games, books to read, beach toys, blankets, and so much more. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of storage space in the closets. There is a loft with two beds but it is pretty hot up there even with the AC running so not sure if it would be a comfortable place to sleep but we did go in August with unusually warm weather. There were stunning ocean views throughout the unit. The two parking spots that you receive in the garage made it so easy when traveling with family. From the parking spots in the garage to the walk up to the unit only took a minute. The pool and jacuzzi were so nice to have for the kids. Although you really don’t need it when you have the whole Pacific Ocean right outside your front door. Just a short drive from the unit you have shopping and the most amazing restaurants to choose from. All in all 5 stars and cannot wait for our next visit!

We loved everything anbout our beach bungalow: on a quiet street with an outstanding outdoor chill area, very comfortable beds, well thought through space and all the amenities you might need. We loved our stay at Brenda's Oasis Beach house! It was in a beautiful location where we could easily walk to view the ocean and close to the beach as well! The shops and restaurants in Encinitas were also a 5 minute walk away and right off the Hwy. 101. The place itself was awesome! Very clean, comfy beds, very well-equipped kitchen and all the pictures were accurate. Extra touches like a fresh bag of coffee, plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels all provided! Great stay in Encinitas! The place was spotless and the bed was super comfortable, I slept great every night. We ended up eating out for every meal, but the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you'd need if you wanted to cook. The location was perfect; walking distance to several beautiful ocean viewpoints and easy beach access on foot, plus tons of shopping and restaurants just a few blocks away and an easy walk. Couldn't have asked for a better spot. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this home for a week, and it was exceptional. From the moment we connected with Barbara at Beach Haus, everything was seamless. She was responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. The home is absolutely stunning. Every inch is beautifully designed with custom finishes, and opening the expansive glass doors creates an incredible indoor-outdoor living experience with breathtaking ocean views. The amenities are outstanding, the beds are luxurious, and thoughtful touches—like the elevator and a washer and dryer in the primary closet—made our stay even more comfortable. What makes this home so special is that it perfectly balances true luxury with genuine comfort, which is rare. We would absolutely stay here again.

It’s a ten minute walk to Moonlight Beach which was great for my kids ages (11,8,5). I especially loved how comfortable the beds and pillows were. I have rented all over Encinitas and Cardiff and this home is by far the best. From the steam shower to the fine linens and towels it was amazing. Great view of the ocean and the decor is phenomenal. The steam shower was so relaxing and the elevator made move in and out so easy. Beachhaus rental was available for all of our questions and needs. I would rent here again and again. Great job. 5+++ star!

Awesome spot - great location near the beach but not overly busy, walkable to a ton of good spots. Place was perfect, nicely appointed - had everything needed but not too much clutter. Also had an ideal bedroom for kids, with blackout shutters and curtains and everything we needed. Loved all the beach amenities too. We will def be back!

This house is great. It's actually several smaller units that can be rented separately, so if you rent the whole house, there's a decent amount of separation/privacy. We stayed here with 6 adults, 5 kids, and an infant and had plenty of space. 3 block walk to beach access, easy to walk to restaurants and shops too. Brenda was great, super responsive, and helpful in ensuring we had all the stuff we needed for the infant. I'd happily recommend this spot to any group.

If you want a quiet, quaint, adorable but plenty of space place, this one is perfect. Everything you need and more. Clear instructions to everything but if you have questions, the response time is impressive! I’d stay here again in a heart beat. Absolutely incredible stay in the best town in Southern California. The home is extremely clean and free of any smells from cleaning supplies, which is always appreciated as a guest. The hosts go above and beyond to make you feel extremely welcome and comfortable in their home. The home is positioned perfectly in a quiet location near the beach. It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay including a very well stocked, kitchenette, and bathroom. I was extremely impressed by how well maintain this home is being a Airbnb host myself and knowing how much work goes into that. The bed was extremely comfortable!!!

When you think of staying at an airbnb on vacation, Brenda’s place is what you picture! She provides everything you need and then some during a stay at the beach. Everything was clean, in great condition, and all the little details were considered. This was also a great place for kids! She had a high chair and pack n play ready to go for me as well as some little check in gifts for the kiddos. We’ve stayed at many airbnbs in Encinitas and this one was by far the best. We also feel like it’s hard to find the right size airbnb for our family of 6, something not too big but having the quality we’re looking for, but this was truly perfect! We will absolutely stay here on every beach trip in the future!

When you think of staying at an airbnb on vacation, Brenda’s place is what you picture! She provides everything you need and then some during a stay at the beach. Everything was clean, in great condition, and all the little details were considered. This was also a great place for kids! We usually drove (4minutes) to the beach because we had dogs and gear. The bathrooms are new and the kitchen was well equipped. It was a good cottage.

BeachHous Rentals was absolutely fabulous! Communication from the get go was fast and helpful. They even checked in with me before we arrived to set up texting for easier communication. The place was exactly as it looked and was described. The area was quiet and accessible to all directions you could possibly go. The kitchen was probably the best I’ve seen, having a great supply of utensils and pottery and pans. There were 3 adults and 1 teen and the bedrooms were perfect. We never felt crowded anywhere in the house. The backyard is small, but lovely! We grilled out and the grill was great! Basically, we all recommend it and I am actually planning a return visit with my husband. Hopefully we’ll be able to find a time when it’s open because I can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

Our family of four stayed here for a week and it was wonderful in so many ways. Communication with Brenda and her team was outstanding from start to finish. Check-in was seamless, and the house itself was fantastic. From the comfy beds and relaxing hot tub evenings to the cool ocean breezes flowing through the home thanks to the sliding glass walls that fully open, it truly brought the outdoors in. The beautiful backyard space was another highlight. It offers multiple seating areas, a fire pit, two couches, and a hot tub tucked away for a more secluded feel. All of it is surrounded by lush plants and fragrant flowers, creating a peaceful, tucked-away, and inviting retreat. The location was another huge plus. The home sits in a beautiful neighborhood with charming, walkable streets and a nearby downtown area. Honestly, you could stay here and never need a car. Everything we needed was just down the street, including great shops, delicious restaurants, and gorgeous beach views all within easy reach. I grew up in Del Mar, one block from this location, many many years ago. I took my family down for a birthday weekend, to relax and relive the easy Del Mar life of morning walks on the beach, the very best Mexican food in the US and relaxing days going back and forth to the beach. As far as I'm concerned, this is life at its best. And Brenda completely delivered on the experience: every amenity for enjoying the beach is there, you don't have to bring anything. It's the perfect location. The place is immaculate and has everything you need, including washer and dryer. It's all very easy to get to, to park in, and to stay in. The beds are great. We can't say enough great things about it. But even more than that is the communication that they provide at every step of the experience. We are AirBNB Superhosts ourselves and we were extremely impressed with the attention we got. This is an easy 5-star experience and we highly recommend to anyone looking for a great getaway in Del Mar.

We’ve stayed at this home multiple times now and it truly never disappoints. It’s one of those places that somehow feels even better in person than it looks online. We came back again for a little getaway and it was exactly what we needed. The ocean views are incredible and the indoor-outdoor setup makes it so easy to slow down and actually relax. The home is always very clean, thoughtfully designed, and stocked with everything you might need. It feels comfortable and elevated without being overdone. The location is another highlight—quiet and peaceful, but still an easy walk to the beach, coffee, and restaurants. Of all my air bnb stay, this was our favorite. It was truly a home away from home, which was exactly what we were looking for. We grilled 2 nights out in the adorable patio and had family style dinners at the table. We like to cook, and this kitchen had everything you need to enjoy food at home. Tutu’s Surf House exceeded every expectation. From the moment we booked, our hosts were incredibly responsive and went out of their way to accommodate a few requests before we even arrived — that kind of attentiveness really set the tone for the whole stay. The location is simply unbeatable: walkable to shops, restaurants, coastal paths, and hiking, making it easy to get out and explore without ever needing to get in the car. The house itself is beautifully set up with plenty of space for our group of four to spread out and relax, and our small dog felt right at home too. The outdoor space and beach views is a definite highlight, and the whole property has a warm, welcoming feel that made it genuinely hard to leave. We’ll absolutely be back. The beach house was great. Walkable to the local beach and downtown Encinitas. The space also has the kitchen amenities needed to cook any meal ... and lots of outdoor seating to enjoy meals outside. Lastly, it was great the space has shared beach towels, chairs, and gear to enjoy during the stay.

Brenda the host was very nice and communicated well. Also, didn’t feel too much like a rental with cheap furniture etc, meaning furniture was comfortable and felt like a real lived in home that is clean. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed with BeachHaus twice now at their Encinitas property. We loved it so much the first time, we came back again this year. The units are bright, spacious, and immaculately clean. The beds are very comfortable and the unit is adequately stocked with all you need for a fun beach getaway. The location cannot be beat. There are so many restaurants, coffee shops, and unique boutiques all well within walking distance. Moonlight Beach is one of our favorites and is also well within walking distance. On top of all this, BeachHaus is incredibly responsive, solving any issues and answering any questions very quickly. I cannot recommend this property enough! We can’t wait to come back.

Great location and beautiful house. Amazing views from every room. My family of 4 spent a week here in January and had the most amazing weather. Beach time everyday! Exactly one mile to Carlsbad village where you can find tons of shops and restaurants. Absolutely adorable area! House is on a quiet street so you can hear the ocean at night- so peaceful. We drove down from NorCal in our Lucid- so we had a nice surprise that the house had a charger in the garage for the car! We plan on renting this house again for sure. Comfy beds and pet friendly too. Oh, and don’t forget about the hot tub. Nice way to unwind at the end of the day.

The beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and sleep well. We stayed at the beach house for our baby moon. This beach house is just what we were looking for seeking somewhere that was quiet, peaceful, cozy, and close and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Waking up to an ocean view in the sounds of the ocean made us feel like we were worlds away and we got some of the best sleep of our lives. Walking down the private path to the beach every morning was such a special treat and made us feel like we were on our own private island getaway. The house is very thoughtfully decorated and put together. The location to downtown Solana Beach was very convenient. Everything we needed in terms of food nightlife was a two minute drive from the house. I would recommend staying here if you are beach, lovers, surfers, or just someone looking for a relaxing getaway in your Southern California backyard

The layout was great with 3 bedrooms upstairs with 2 full baths and the living space and 1/2 bath downstairs. Everything was well appointed and new. The condo was like a model house. Parking was easy. We did not use the pool due to rain, but we did get to dog beach one day. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tutu's surf house. The location cannot be beat, with a private access path right off the back gate to two incredible surf breaks. The beach in front of the house is perfect and dog friendly. The house was super clean with all the amenities you needed for a beach vacation. We rented e-bikes and never had to get in a car. There is an amazing selection of breakfast cafes and dinner spots a quick ride from the house, as well as fun shopping. The rail trail connects Solana Beach and downtown Encinitas for more shopping and restaurants. The house hosts were incredibly responsive to all of our messages and had all the best recommendations. The house is set on the back side of a quiet cul-de-sac, the only noise is the ocean waves crashing. We highly recommend this rental.

It's just steps from the beach, restaurants, and local spots, all within easy walking distance. It had all the amenities our family of four (including two teenagers) could possibly need. The space felt cozy yet open, and the beachy decor gave it such a welcoming vibe. The host was wonderful and very easy to reach whenever we had a question. We would absolutely book with Beach Haus Rentals again. They have several beautiful properties along the San Diego County beaches, and it’s definitely worth booking directly through them rather than through a third-party site. Tutu's surf house did not disappoint!! Private pathway right down to one of SD's premier surf breaks! This is the place to be if you like to surf or so anything beach related. Literally 90 second walk down to the sand! Incredible views with all the amenities you need for a great vacation! We will be coming back to stay here most definitely!

Upon our arrival, everything was neat, clean, and ready for our stay, while the vibrant colors of the decor welcomed us inside. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the tropical outdoor area (covered porch, swing, seating, and loungers). We also loved being within walking distance of Moonlight Beach, the bluff overlook, and restaurants (City Tacos and the Taco Stand... yum!). It's a little longer walk to the Meditation Gardens and Swamis, but still doable. There's even a historical 1883 one-room schoolhouse just down the street! Thanks for a lovely stay.

This property s everything and more. You can not go wrong with this pick for a weekend getaway or extended stay. We unfortunately only stayed 3 nights but is exactly what we needed. Has it all for a couple get away or family with kids. We will be back!!

I have rented a vacation home for a number of years on the coast. I have used BeachHaus for all of these. Their attention to detail and professionalism is UNEQUALED! The houses are top notch and pristine. The service is personal and prompt. Don’t worry about problems. Usually there are none, but if something pops up (e.g. network, TV, appliances, etc.) it is solved immediately. If you are looking for a REAL vacation, don’t look any further than Beach Haus.

Beautiful 3-story home with upscale decor, appliances, fixtures and amenities throughout. The owners clearly make guest comfort a top priority and are skilled and experienced hosts. We stayed here with 2 young children who loved the ocean views, outdoor patio and walkway, sea breeze, comfortable beds, outside area and neighborhood. Tamarack Beach was a very short drive across the street and was perfect for relaxing and building sand castles. We will definitely look at BeachHaus first for our future San Diego rentals.

My group of 6 adults had a fantastic stay at this home. It was clean, well-equipped for both beach fun and making meals at home. The beds were comfortable, the patios offered amazing views, and the communication was excellent. The walk to the beach requires some uphill/downhill, which was a little challenging for one family member, but still doable. We would definitely stay here again.

Right from our first interaction with our hosts we knew this stay was going to be amazing. They were very accommodating and thoughtful even leaving small gifts for the toddlers in our group (which a huge hit). Our breath was taken away with the views and quality of the house. The beach was easily accessible as was the great downtown area of Carlsbad. The views from the decks were spectacular and each bedroom was well appointed. Excellent spot, very quiet and relaxing, but walking distance to great restaurants (Tony’s Jacal, Red Tracton). Host was very friendly and responsive, house was exactly as described. Many extras like crib, high chair, beach equipment, and hammock. Would recommend to anyone!

This house was amazing! Beach views and no neighbors behind you. Sometimes the pictures misrepresent what the house looks like. This was not the case. It was pristine with updated furniture, tasteful decor and extremely clean. It was also as big as it looks. I was concerned about not staying “on the beach” and worried when they said a 5 minute walk. That was also spot on. It is a short easy walk to the beach. They provided everything we needed and then some for our beach excursion. Our host was super responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. I could not recommend this house enough!

This is an amazing home in a fantastic location! Our family loved the stunning ocean view from the jacuzzi and the rooftop deck. We played games out on the patio and enjoyed the indoor/outdoor living. Everything was very clean and just as pictured, if not better. It was a very short walk to the beach and many chairs, umbrellas and beach toys are provided. We were also provided early check in and late check out, which we were extremely grateful and appreciative of. We enjoyed dinner at nearby Campfire and Pizza Port.

We stayed for a full week with four separate couples (one with a young child), and we couldn’t be happier with the space and cleanliness of the home! It never felt crowded — the layout across three levels gave everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy their own space. The location was perfect — less than a mile from downtown Carlsbad, with tons of great dining and shopping options nearby. The Beachhaus Rentals team was fantastic! Communication was seamless, and they were always quick to respond to any questions we had. We’re already looking forward to coming back next summer!

The weather, the view, the neighborhood, the open air concept, the high tech sleek appliances and the support from the staff made this a truly unforgettable experience for my wife and I. The safe and quiet walkable feeling of the town as well as the fresh ocean breeze was like something out of a movie or a dream. The beautiful plants around the home as well as the perfectly clear sunsets each evening are something words can not describe. The main recommendation I have is to book a few extra days on top of what you were planning! They say Money cant buy happiness, but it allows you to experience this life changing property in a very stress free way. Be sure to catch a concert at Belly Up just down the street and go shopping at the Cardiff Sea Side market.

Take the scenic route by going up Culebra and then right on Zapo and right on Serpentine and enjoy an eclectic home tour. House: Small but efficient. The home and kitchen were one of the best-equipped rentals I've ever stayed in. The view and the open spaces make the home feel much larger. Watching the surf and sunsets from bed was an epic treat. Vibe: Beach chill but also upper class. Friendly neighbors, but I don't think I'd want to push any limits on parking rules. BeachHaus: Excellent group to work with! I found their communication to be polite and timely and felt like I found great value by booking with them direct. Super welcoming for those of us with dogs. Note: no fence in back yard. Summary: SeaView Cottage is the place I want to live out my days. Our stay was not only comfortable, fun and relaxing but also healing, inspiring and centering. Very highly recommend...just not on the dates I want!

We just completed our third stay at a BeachHaus rental property. Based upon our two previous stays at a different property also managed by BeachHaus, we had very high expectations for this trip. We were not disappointed. Brenda/Georgia and their team were the best. The property was 5 stars, (or more if allowed), but any request we made, given our stay was for almost two months, was immediately satisfied. The photo out the back of the house was replicated almost every day. Hard to describe the setting. The master bedroom was an entire floor with large sliding glass windows on the wall facing the Pacific. The moon, Venus and all the other stars were clearly visible many nights, and the waves provided us with superb sleeping conditions. The backyard, facing the bluff toward the ocean, had plenty of room, including a firepit and grill, to soak up the sun, dine out or just enjoy cocktails. We have already signed a renewal for next year and will only stay at a BeachHaus property.

Does returning to this gorgeous home four separate times over the last few years, on five day soirees, fully express our positive feelings for the house and the orderliness and cleanliness of everything there. This practically new contemporary 'get away' was perfect for my girlfriend and I. Sandy could work easily from the stand up desk and awesome monitor as the sound of the ocean filled the air. The coolest toilets ever, the steam shower, and the soaking tub were hard to leave and will be missed. It's the simple things, right. We'll be back. Biggest drawback, if there is one, that we often debated, was "why leave when we are already experiencing the best ocean views we're going to see from our totally private perch. Our stay at Endless Summer was outstanding! We celebrated our daughter’s postgrad graduation with our children and grandchildren. The location was exceptional for all ages to enjoy the beach, walks down Encinitas, outdoor dining, skateboarding, surfing, and pumpkin carving. The floor plan allowed privacy and family gatherings. Pet friendly for our dog with ceramic pet bowls at each level. Easy to walk to the overlooks to watch sunsets or stroll down to Moonlight Beach for an evening of bonfired-S’mores. Just great for a family a family reunion or vacation.

The beds were comfortable and the host provided all the necessities for a small kid to sleep, eat and play comfortably! The hosts were easy to communicate with and even provided fun toys for the kids in our group! We will definitely be looking at this property for future beach vacations!

This home was everything we could ask for in a "Work From Somewhere Else" escape during the pandemic. The location is a perfect short walk to the beach. The views are amazing, the internet is fast, and there are workspaces in each of the bedrooms which make remote work and school a breeze. We had a few minor issues that needed the host's assistance during our stay and they were incredibly quick to respond and help get things resolved in a timely manner. They were also gracious enough to offer us a sunset family photoshoot at one of the local beaches, which made for a great memento of our trip.

Great for accommodating large groups/families where everyone can be spread out and have their own space. Walking distance to both the beach and downtown Encinitas. Host was prompt with responses and we were able to come see the house ahead of time as well had the option for early check in and late check out.

Superb place! We rented the whole house with a large group for a wedding the place was perfect. Walking distance to everything but still privacy and ocean views. Communication and everyone involved was top notch. The coffee the left for us was much needed and grateful they provided it. They even mailed a pair of loafers back to the east coast for us! 10/10 would stay again for sure

Elegant, modern, fun home. Big plus is that it works both as a big house AND as separate interlinked apartments at the same time, which worked perfectly when we went as an extended family for the Christmas holidays - allowing grandparents and grandkids and us in between to all have our own space and also to come together for meals and movies.

We loved the openess of the upstairs. Made for a gathering place for our family. We were a family of 11. The place was perfect having several living spaces allowed the individual families there own space especially when putting the children to bed. We were there for a rainy week of Thanksgiving, the house with its windows and light and airy decor made the storm exciting to watch and we never felt trapped inside. We will come back.

This Encinitas beach house was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway. The decor was fabulous, everything extremely clean. The layout of the house was very unique, accommodating a large group of friends & family. Location was close to everything. The views were beautiful. Brenda made communication very easy. I’d definitely stay here again! Loved it!

Classic beach house with sand, sun and wave colors and beach decor! Lots of decks, a small yard and conversations areas for small groups to hang out. Great for families. Beach towels, toys, and chairs available for use.

We were traveling to Encinitas for a wedding. I was hoping to find a place to fit 12 people, since we were all traveling from outside for this wedding. This house was perfect! It was just as described. And very spacious for the 12 of us. Had all amenities we could think of and more. Minutes from the beach, plus we could see from our deck! It was two blocks from town of Encinitas, which was so cute. I have never used an Air B-N-B before and was truly happy with our experience. They were welcoming and left us feeling like this was our place. Loved the coffee samples they had for us and the welcoming note. Was a great touch. Would highly recommend if your looking to come to Encinitas, or any outlying area.

Endless Summer is a cheerful home in every aspect. Visually, it is playful and beautiful. The organization and space is awesome for guests, especially families. We really enjoyed all the different spots around the home to relax and enjoy our vacation.

We couldn’t have found a better place to celebrate my 50th birthday with friends and family. Brenda was incredibly accommodating and very responsive anytime we had a question. The house has spacious rooms & a vibrant colorful decor that everyone adored. The porch swings got a lot of use. With our bikes it was 2 minutes to the beach or only a 7 minute walk. Our tween kids & their friends loved having a separate suite. All the beds are super comfortable too. The kitchens are fully stocked with everything we needed to cook for many people. Loved the ocean view from the kitchen & front balcony. We look forward to staying there again!!

The place was amazing I love the set of the house the ability to accommodate 14 guest without being over crowed . The house is located in a area that is within walking distance to beaches, shopping, restaurants, sidewalk cafes and bars etc. It's a beautiful decorate house very open with a view of the ocean from balcony, view of city from back balcony. It's built to accommodate large groups or small, but whatever the case maybe this the perfect place, had no problems or issues for the three days we were there would definitely stay again. Although I didn't meet Brenda I knew she was close by if help was needed, and she left great instructions of things to do and not do, places to go things to see. It was an amazing house. Great time had by all !!!! Thank you Brenda.
