This house is great. It's actually several smaller units that can be rented separately, so if you rent the whole house, there's a decent amount of separation/privacy. We stayed here with 6 adults, 5 kids, and an infant and had plenty of space. 3 block walk to beach access, easy to walk to restaurants and shops too. Brenda was great, super responsive, and helpful in ensuring we had all the stuff we needed for the infant. I'd happily recommend this spot to any group.

Slide open extra wide glass doors to an ocean view sunset or walk out past a BBQ porch area to sit on a sunny lawn enveloped by verdant gardens. Inside, eclectic furnishings mingle with funky pops of color creating a patina of whimsy within this family-friendly home. Walk to Moonlight Beach for a full-service beach or Swamis for some raw'n'real surfing. Or head to shopping and cafes in town, just 3 blocks away. This house is great. It's actually several smaller units that can be rented separately, so if you rent the whole house, there's a decent amount of separation/privacy. This Airbnb was wonderful. Only. Few blocks from the beach and all the shops and restaurants. The house was well equipped with anything you need and is perfect for families.

Brenda’s property is so fabulous! The decor and set up is vibrant and fun while not being tacky at all. The location cannot be beat in Encinitas! Check in was super easy and we really enjoyed everything about our stay.

I spent my 30th birthday trip staying at the Endless Summer Manor and it was PERFECT!!! It was super clean and spacious and provided everything we needed. Highly recommend Brenda’s place and would love to stay here again.

Our stay at Endless Summer was outstanding! We celebrated our daughter’s postgrad graduation with our children and grandchildren. The location was exceptional for all ages to enjoy the beach, walks down Encinitas, outdoor dining, skateboarding, surfing, and pumpkin carving. The floor plan allowed privacy and family gatherings. Pet friendly for our dog with ceramic pet bowls at each level. Easy to walk to the overlooks to watch sunsets or stroll down to Moonlight Beach for an evening of bonfired-S’mores. Just great for a family a family reunion or vacation.

Great for accommodating large groups/families where everyone can be spread out and have their own space. Walking distance to both the beach and downtown Encinitas. Host was prompt with responses and we were able to come see the house ahead of time as well had the option for early check in and late check out.
