THE DEEP DIVE
All BeachHauses are engineered for simple, easy living. All BeachHauses feature self check-in and check-out. They're stocked with beach toys, beach towels, bath towels, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, olive oil, and cooking-ready kitchens.
Bathe in the natural sunlight in this amazing open-plan space just above the ocean. The deck offers panoramic Pacific vistas, with retractable doors that allow the indoors to become outdoors and vice versa. Enjoy indoor and outdoor fireplaces/firepits and entertainment options, together with touchscreen appliances. Relax into the two bedrooms and 2.5 baths. You're here: on the ocean, and by the tranquil bustle of the Solana Beach town with its shops, cafes, wine bars, breweries, live music, unique shops and very own train station. You won't want to leave. Two beach accesses in the neighborhood are just a 1-minute walk away with Fletcher Cove Park to the south and a 3 minute walk to Tide Park to the north. Of course all the beach essentials are waiting for you in the garage.

Staying here was like being in a movie. So beautiful, comfortable, clean, stocked kitchen. We walked to the beach multiple times a day, had dinner on the patio, enjoyed the view. Team was very responsive. 10/10.

This may genuinely be the most thoughtfully designed and appointed vacation rental we have ever stayed in. Every. Single. Detail. Was. Considered. From a dog dish for our pup, extra cleaning supplies, incredibly helpful instructional videos, separate towels for the shower and the beach, a completely stocked kitchen with every implement you could possibly need, beach gear, comfortable workstations, and countless other small touches, there was never a moment when we thought, "I wish they had..." They already had it! And somehow, all of that practicality is paired with true luxury. Beautiful high end finishes, gorgeous linens, one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in, an incredible indoor outdoor living space, and absolutely breathtaking ocean views. Opening the house to the Pacific and being able to walk to the beach in minutes made the location almost impossible to beat. What really distinguished this stay, though, was the level of service. We have stayed in many beautiful vacation rentals, but we have never experienced service like this. Communication by text was effortless and proactive. Garbage and recycling were taken to the curb and returned. Packages were retrieved for us. Every part of the experience seemed designed to remove one more thing from our plate so that we could simply enjoy being there. There is also a level of thoughtfulness behind the property that goes beyond aesthetics. Everything is organized, intuitive, functional and intentional, right down to the beach supplies, work spaces, household essentials and environmentally conscious touches. And then I learned that the owner, Brenda, is a FEMALE ENGINEER, and suddenly the extraordinary attention to detail made perfect sense. As a fellow woman in engineering, I absolutely loved this. You can see an engineer's brain behind the entire guest experience. Someone has clearly thought through how people actually live in and use a space, anticipated what could make that experience easier, and then executed it beautifully. It is rare to find a property that is simultaneously luxurious, comfortable, functional, dog friendly, impeccably managed and genuinely personal. Five stars does not feel like enough. We would return in a heartbeat.

Absolutely gorgeous home!! Never wanted to leave. Every amenity in the home was so well thought out; we cooked a lot in the kitchen and every item you could possibly need was available. Also the different beach activities (smash ball, baseball gloves, frisbee, boogie boards, etc) made us feel like we were truly valued guests and the hosts wanted us to have the best time … which we did!!! Many thanks and appreciation!

Brenda’s beachhaus was AMAZING. you can tell that women run this rental because they thought of everything. The house has everything you need and more. The beds are very comfortable, everything was so clean, I appreciated that the products in the house were nontoxic and fragrance free. The location is very walkable, the views were gorgeous & the house is even more stunning in person.

My dog and I had a lovely stay at the Sleek Solana Oceanfront home. The home and the views are incredible. We also enjoyed staying in Solana Beach, which has several dog-friendly restaurants. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the San Diego area.

We’ve stayed at this home multiple times now and it truly never disappoints. It’s one of those places that somehow feels even better in person than it looks online. We came back again for a little getaway and it was exactly what we needed. The ocean views are incredible and the indoor-outdoor setup makes it so easy to slow down and actually relax. The home is always very clean, thoughtfully designed, and stocked with everything you might need. It feels comfortable and elevated without being overdone. The location is another highlight—quiet and peaceful, but still an easy walk to the beach, coffee, and restaurants. The management team has always been responsive and easy to work with, which makes the whole experience feel seamless. We’ll absolutely keep coming back!
