THE DEEP DIVE
All BeachHauses are engineered for simple, easy living. All BeachHauses feature self check-in and check-out. They're stocked with beach toys, beach towels, bath towels, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, olive oil, and cooking-ready kitchens.
This is it: your home away from home. You've got two self-sufficient duplexes under one charming 1950's bungalow roof, so stick the kids on one side or come with another family. Lounge in your shared front yard, retreat into your back yards, and stroll the world's easiest 2 minutes along quiet streets to get to Del Mar's premier beach. You can walk for 10 miles down to La Jolla on the beach at low tide, or just bring it home in two or three minutes. Brush off in the outdoor shower, sink into a sunset cocktail, and lean into that Southern California beach relaxation or adventure that truly defines BeachHaus and San Diego.

We live in San Diego but we wanted to celebrate the holidays with our family in one place, so we decided to book both units in this sweet duplex so we’d have a combo of privacy and closeness. Both units were pristinely clean, newly updated, decorated very well, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
