THE DEEP DIVE
All BeachHauses are engineered for simple, easy living. All BeachHauses feature self check-in and check-out. They're stocked with beach toys, beach towels, bath towels, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, olive oil, and cooking-ready kitchens.

Fire up the BBQ and grill a fresh dinner; the grocery store's 1/10 a mile away. Serve it atop a wood picnic table on the spacious covered porch, all surrounded by greenery and perfectly suited for pets. Later, gather around a stone fire pit under a starry sky or watch a movie in the colorful, wood-floored living room with vaulted ceilings. If you'd like to add a bedroom and bathroom, the Coral Reef Guest Quarters is connected but separate. Otherwise make friends with those guests over the shared laundry room and massive back yard.

House Rules:
* I understand I am not renting the entire property, just the main house and there may be guests (with a possible pet) in the guest quarters which is separate but attached to the main house.
* No parties or events
* No smoking
* Dogs can't be left alone if they bark and please pick up after your pet!
*Please respect the neighbors with quiet hours from 10:00P-8:00A Sunday through Thursday and 11:00P-9:00A Friday and Saturday.
* Use outdoor shower after visiting the beach.
* Fire pit must be used with care.
* No smoking inside
