The photos and description are accurate. The condo is unusually well equipped and comfortable and its location a few steps from the beach bluff is even better than we anticipated.

The condo was everything my family could have hoped for, and we couldn’t have been much closer to the beach! Brenda was an excellent host- very communicative and beyond accommodating.

This property is in a fantastic location. You can watch the sunset from inside the living area, or on the 2nd floor deck, or walk 30 steps to the edge of the property which is on the cliff overlooking the beach. (It is not the closest unit to the beach, but still have a view of the water.) There is easy access from the townhouse to the beach. It is also very close to shopping and restaurants. The service was wonderful. I had an issue with the hot water that was resolved very quickly (had a new hot water heater installed). The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, as was the twin bed in the 2nd bedroom. One thing that was not clear to me was that the 2nd bedroom is also on the 2nd floor, so whoever stays in that room needs to go to the 1st floor to use that bathroom, or share the master bathroom on the 2nd floor. Anyone staying in the loft on the 3rd floor needs to walk down through the 2nd bedroom to use one of the 2 bathrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms were nice, but could use updating. Also, there are a number of steps and a few walkways getting from the parking garage to get to the front door of the townhouse. It was not a problem for me, but if you are not able to walk up some steps and carry your luggage, etc, then this may not be the best place for you. Overall, it was a very pleasant place to stay, and I would enjoy returning again.
