Two beach accesses in the neighborhood are just a 2-minute walk away with Fletcher Cove Park to the south and Tide Park to the north. Of course all the beach essentials are waiting for you in the garage.

Great house and location, I would definitely stay there again!

This house is outrageous! Modern, stylish, state of the art everything including kitchen applicances, beautiful bathrooms and large outdoor grill. The location is unbelievable. We spent most of our time lounging on the deck overlooking the beach. The sliding doors opens to a spectacular view of the ocean bringing the outdoors right into the house. The house is stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation, including nice beach chairs, umbrella and even a surf board. Brenda is a terrific host and responds quickly to any question. We hope to return again.

BEYOND!!! 5 STARS!!! Situated in an awesome little beach town w great restaurants and outdoor activities, I truly cannot say enough about this wonderful property and our hostess, Brenda. The house is spacious and bright, has a clean and modern interior with high end furnishings and fixtures. No expense was spared on this oceanfront gem. Our family can hardly wait to to back again. Spectacular.

Brenda's home is stunning! You can't beat the sound of the ocean to relax... Great host, that communicated well and worked with us, when a scheduling conflict came up. Would highly recommend her beautiful home.

This place is outstanding, perfect location for us; between Legoland, LA, SD, Aquariums, ZOO, and of course right by a couple beach parks. Awesome sunsets every night from the deck that is high above the beach below. The accommodations were perfect, we didn't need anything, everything was provided, even beach chairs with an umbrella, boogie boards, surf board, and a kayak. The host Brenda was excellent, quick to respond to all of my questions as they came up during our stay. Highly recommend this place and will probably come back next year. Just a note to anyone wanting garage space for their car or rental, not a lot of room, maybe enough for a small compact sedan.

This stay was... how do I even put into words??!! Perfect paradise! As advertised, spectacular and breath-taking views. I look for my stays to look, feel, smell and BE clean... it sounds ridiculous to point out, as these standards would seem obvious but after traveling across the country 3x, I can honestly tell you that my dream of AirBNB Plus was created from numerous stays where I left before I even checked in! This place... dream come true! I don't repeat visits very often... this place... obvious repeater!

Wow, that is the only word for it, that balcony, that view, walking the beach below- all stunning. The house was immaculate, lots of great beach gear supplied. Main bed really comfortable, great shower & dressing room. Communication with Brenda & her team was really easy & quick, we felt fully supported throughout our stay if we needed local tips etc. Our technical query was sorted out really quickly. We loved our 4 nights in this great beach house and would definitely rebook if we are in the area again. Thanks Brenda

This is a great place to stay! What a find! It is super modern so you feel like you are staying at a fancy hotel. I stayed here with my mom but you could easily stay with four or more guests. The view is absolutely unbeatable. The location is fantastic as well. Walking distance to pilates, cafes, the beach, nail salon, restaurants etc. I would 100% come back here I loved it so much. I spent a lot of time on the deck, but I think if there were more people it would be nice to have more furniture out there.
